Big Tent Entertainment, LLC is a license holder and licensing agent of compelling global entertainment brands. Formed in 2002, the company focuses on brand strategy, new media, viral marketing, licensing and merchandising. Big Tent is currently the global licensor (ex Asia) for viral sensation, Domo and Domo will be appearing on the Nickelodeon family of stations in fall 2007. The company has also recently begun representing the popular pre-school group, The Wiggles. Additionally, Big Tent serves as North American agent for popular brands such as Habbo Hotel, one of the world's largest and hottest online destinations for teens, the internationally-renowned masters of freestyle motocross the Crusty Demons. |

PixFusion creates personalized branded video entertainment products and services based on its patented technology. Pix``Fusion will use the financing proceeds to grow its existing children’s personalized video business under its Kideo® brand by acquiring additional character licenses and expanding marketing efforts. Kideo’s most popular videos include titles Dora the Explorer and Arthur, which are licensed from Viacom’s Nickelodeon and the WGBH Educational Foundation, respectively. PixFusion’s product allows consumers to insert a picture of a favorite child or grandchild into an entertainment video featuring some of the nation’s most successful animated characters. |

Three Rings Design - Three Rings in based in San Francisco and specializes in casual games. Their initial title, Puzzle Pirates, has achieved broad appeal. Their second title, Bang! Howdy, has recently been released. Three Rings develops Massive Multiplayer Online Games (MMOG) and the company is expanding quickly along with the rapidly maturing Internet games industry. |

Millennium Radio Group - The Millennium Radio Group is a joint venture with two other private equity funds, UBS Capital Americas, based in New York City, and Alta Communications, based in Boston, MA. Millennium has made five different acquisitions in New Jersey to create a single radio cluster serving the entire state. Inner City Broadcasting - Inner City Broadcasting is the largest African American owned broadcasting group in America. Inner City is the 23rd largest radio group in America, and is widely credited with inventing the urban format. Inner City owns stations across the country, and its flagship properties are WBLS-FM in New York and KBLX-FM in San Francisco. Mercury holds a minority equity position in Inner City. |

Davidson Media Group - Davidson Media Group is a multicultural multilingual radio broadcaster that sells blocks of time to various ethinic groups (primarily Hispanic) to build highly profitable radio stations. The company specializes in owning and operating radio stations that participate in the primarily midsized and growing ethnic and immigrant markets without excessive ethnic media competition.
