3/27/12:  The Principle Broadcasting Network LLC has signed an asset purchase agreement to sell KCNL-FM, licensed to Sunnyvale, CA, to the University of Southern California (USC).  USC operates classical music stations in Southern California and is a majority partner of the Classical Public Radio Network which operates Classical KDFC-FM in the San Francisco Bay Area.
